I don’t usually get this dramatic about customer service, but wow, this was genuinely so frustrating I nearly lost my mind over a simple order issue.
I reached out for help and the replies took forever, then when they finally came through, they were super short and barely answered what I was asking. It felt like nobody had actually read my message and they were just tossing random replies at me.

The products might be totally fine, but after dealing with support, I’m really not excited to order again. Maybe I’m overreacting, but it turned a small problem into this whole annoying saga.

Picked up a couple of games from Big Potato. i wasn’t expecting much fuss, but we were playing pretty much straight away. No long rulebook moment. No one zoning out at the table. Big win in our house.

Then a couple of new people joined after the first round. We just sort of explained as we went, and they had it in minutes. That’s the best kind of game night really. Fun first, instructions second.

I played this with some friends hoping for a fun night, but it ended up feeling kind of flat. We had a few laughs here and there, but it got boring way faster than we expected. What annoyed me most was that even a really basic request we had was basically ignored, which made the whole thing feel a bit more frustrating than fun.

I ordered a couple of games from Big Potato and they showed up without any issues. We had a really good laugh the first few times playing, but after a few nights with the same people, one of the games started to feel a bit repetitive. They’re still decent for a party or when you’ve got new people over, but I’m not totally convinced about the long-term quality or replay value. I’d say 3 stars feels about right.

I’ll admit I usually stick with my go-to brand, so I wasn’t totally sure about ordering here at first. But the website was really easy to use, checkout was quick, and the order went through without any issues. Hassle-free overall, which definitely made me feel better about giving them a try.

The games are actually really fun and everything showed up fine, no issues there, but I guess for the price I was expecting a bit more in the box so while I don’t regret buying them and they’re probably worth it if you play them often, it still feels just a little pricey for what you get

It’s a good gift idea overall, but my brother just wasn’t that excited about it. I think it’s one of those things that really depends on the person.

I had a decent time playing this, and the game itself is fun once you get going. I guess I was just expecting the cards and little pieces to feel a bit sturdier for the price. They’re not awful or anything, but they do have that slightly flimsy feel, which kept nagging at me while we played. Maybe I’m being picky, but I’ve bought cheaper games that felt better made. Overall it’s okay, just a little disappointing on the quality side

We had a really good time with this on family night. The kids got into it, the adults did too, and it felt like one of those simple ways to spend time together instead of everyone disappearing to their own screens. My only gripe is that a few of the rules could be explained more clearly, but overall it was fun and felt like a good, wholesome choice for the whole family.

I ordered a couple of games from Big Potato for a birthday get-together, they were a hit. Everyone got stuck in quickly, and they were simple enough to explain even after a few drinks, which is exactly what you want on a group night in.
The only thing stopping me from giving full marks is that one of the boxes turned up a bit bashed. The game inside was fine, but I do think companies should take a bit more care with packaging, especially when people might be buying things as gifts. Still, the site was decent overall, and the games did a great job of getting everyone involved.

I thought they might be exaggerating about the delivery time, but it actually came quicker than expected. Can’t really complain about that.
